the air conditioning was definitely not working properly. i told someone at the front desk, but they didn't do anything to fix it. i had to open the windows at night, but the street noise was a problem.

i didn't particularly like the room i was given. it was a double room, yet it felt quite small. i also noticed the air conditioning wasn't working properly, made the room a bit stuffy at night. we told the staff about this, but nothing changed. it was a shame.

i found the staff very attentive. he explained available snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the lobby (a nice touch). he also gave advice on the best way to get to the points of interest. the room included a lovely balcony.

the hotel decor felt a bit dated.

The reception staff was friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. It also came with a lovely little balcony. I was happy to find a free mini bar stocked with drinks in the room.

the ac wasn't working . This made the room very warm at night.

The room included a television and air conditioning. Fresh towels were provided each day during the cleaning service and i found the room to be generally quiet .
